YIPPEE - WE CHOSE THE RIGHT COLOR FOR OUR BRANDING FOR DAMAJON!

A very good friend of mine and someone who helped with our branding in the days I was putting the concept of Damajon together recently shared this information.

2010 Pantone Color of the Year

In early December, Pantone announced their pick for 2010 color of the year. Turquoise!

They report that is positive color that represents compassion and healing, faith and trust, 'escaping' our troubles and increasing the feeling of well being. (Doesn't this sound like our company mission????)

It is my favourite color so that is one of the reasons I use it in our branding and packaging.

Tip: Try adding this color to your displays to attract customers. It will help give them the feeing that this color represents - everything that Damajon stands for!

NOTE: Just for interest the meaning for our accent brown color is that it is the ultimate earth color associated with hearth and home, substance and stability.

LIFESTYLISTS CAR!!!

I was out shopping a few months ago and saw this little car in the car park and thought the blue with the brown roof was a perfect little LifeStylist car!!!! Maybe down the road as we grow we need to look at getting an army of Damajon car's on the road! Or maybe as I am from England we should have the little Mini's???

WELCOME TO YOUR NEW BLOG

A new year is upon us together with making our new habits and goals that often times we find are already broken by the end of the first week of January!

One of my intentions has been to start this blog this year and today seemed like a good day to do just that, before I break my intention!! The one thing about a blog is that you never really know ahead of time what you will be posting over the weeks and months so this is exciting for me too.

I feel a renewed energy around me as we go into 2010. This past year has been a struggle for many in different ways however know how incredibly blessed we all are to be alive at this time on earth. For me personally, some of the things I am grateful for are that I have the knowledge that Jesus Christ is my Savior; for a wonderful, supportive and loving husband Jerry and our family around the world; for my little cat Bella; for my home; my health; for the opportunity I have in striving to make a difference in women’s lives through Damajon together with our wonderful and amazing LifeStylists.

I hope we will all take a moment and think of all the blessings we have in our lives and give our thanks to the source from whence they come.
